The use of AI continues to increase significantly for both commercial and public actors. The development is closely linked to society’s rapid digitalization which creates enormous amounts of data. AI can be used in many different ways, not least by using advanced algorithms to analyze large amounts of data, identify patterns and predict behavior. The rapid technological development poses great challenges for the law, and the regulations often have difficulty keeping up with technology. AI include several areas of law, and includes not least data protection, personal privacy and the right to privacy.
