General Data Protection Regulation.
In May 2018, a new regulatory framework will begin to apply for the processing of personal data. Companies, authorities and others who process personal data will need to review their routines in order not to risk breaking the rules. In January 2017, the European Commission also submitted proposals for a new regulation on privacy and electronic communications for telecommunications and Internet operators (replacing the current Directive 2002/58 / EC), which has been implemented in Sweden through provisions of the Electronic Communications Act. The European Commission has also proposed a new regulation governing the processing of personal data by the EU institutions. We at Bonde Barzey perform several training courses in GDPR this year to facilitate the implementation of GDPR. Contact Nina Barzey, +46 72 531 11 18, if you want to know more about this.
