Bonde Advokater AB with corporate registration number 556861-9331 (“Bonde Advokater”) is the data controller for the personal data processed within the framework of this data protection policy.
The data protection policy contains information on how Bonde Advokater processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

Personal data attributable to counterparties. Information that may be collected and processed is name, email address, address, telephone number, social security number, employer and other information needed or provided for the performance of our assignment.
Personal data attributable to other business contacts such as name, email address, address, telephone number, social security number, employer and other information needed or provided for the performance of our assignment.
Personal data attributable to candidates applying for a position at Bonde Advokater. Information that may be collected and processed is name, email address, address, telephone number, social security number, work experience and other information that the candidate chooses to provide in their application.
Personal data attributable to natural persons who contact Bonde Advokater via email or telephone. Data that may be collected and processed are name, telephone number,
email address and other personal data required to be able to assist the person in question.
Personal data from third parties such as partners, authorities, courts and others that Bonde Advokater comes into contact with through the performance of assignments.
Personal data attributable to marketing, sales and statistical purposes to develop or review the business.
Processing of personal data
Bonde Advokater is the data controller for the processing of personal data that takes place in accordance with this data protection policy.
All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with one of the following legal grounds.
